The city of Windsor Heights will hold a free meeting at 6 p.m. tonight to educate residents on a Neighborhood Finance Corp.

(NFC) program to help solve sewer problems. Through the program, homeowners who find they have damaged sewer lines can turn to NFC for a special loan program for repair and replacement of broken or outdated lines.

The meeting will take place at the Windsor Heights Community and Events Center in Colby Park, 6900 School St. To view NFC funding guidelines and frequently asked questions, go to www.neighborhoodfinance.org.
