At our Oct. 20 event, On Deck, we explored a growing sentiment percolating among many mid-career professionals that are post-young professional but aren’t yet in C-level positions and won’t be still for some time. 

This group of “On Deck” leaders is seeking more community responsibility, more chances to grow and lead, and seats at the table currently populated by Boomer-aged business and civic leaders. 

To kick off the event, we asked our four panelists to help further explain the feeling, and share what it is they felt they are missing or  wish they had more of.
