ISU students developing folding airplane seat

A team of Iowa State University engineering students is among 50 finalists in a national innovation competition. Their product: a foldable airplane seat they say would help passengers board more quickly. Team CyFly is the only U.S. team left among 50 remaining teams in the global Airbus Fly Your Ideas Challenge. Five finalists will be chosen for the finals in Toulouse, France, where they will present their idea at the Airbus headquarters. Read the full news release.
