Des Moines Register: Iowa Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds offered a few hints Wednesday of how she might handle tax cuts and some other issues when she takes over as governor later this year. "You will see something done" on income taxes, she promised, even as she explained that lagging revenues are making it difficult to do this year. She was speaking to the Westside Conservative breakfast club in Urbandale. "Our corporate tax is way too high; even with federal deductibility it brings it down, but people don't see that, the first glance is what it is and we lose them," she said.
