Casey's General Stores Inc. has
announced plans to build a $30 million, 250,000-square-foot distribution center
in November in Terre Haute, Ind. "We believe Terre Haute is the most
strategic location that will enable us to expand our territory further south
and east, while at the same time providing a more efficient distribution system
to our existing stores," Robert Myers, Casey's president and CEO, said in
a release. The company recently started building a 38,000-square-foot addition
to its distribution center in Ankeny.
