Ryko Solutions Inc. announced that it has completed more than $3 million in improvements to its parts fabrication department to accommodate increased demand. Revenues for the Grimes-based manufacturer of car wash equipment increased 22 percent in 2012 to nearly $90 million, with first-quarter 2013 sales up 17 percent, the company said in a press release. The increased sales figures do not include revenues from Canada-based MacNeil Car Wash Systems, which Ryko acquired in March. "Our priority in adopting new technology is to rapidly scale our production facilities to accommodate the increased demand we are seeing for our Ryko products as well as the related parts required for Ryko roll-over and MacNeil conveyor systems," said Steven L'Heureux, Ryko's CEO, in a release. The 40-year-old company is the largest provider of car wash systems in North America.
