Casey's General Stores Inc. announced Monday that Terry Handley has been named president. He has been with the company for more than 33 years and was named chief operating officer in 2006. He will continue in that role. Robert Myers had served as president and CEO. He will continue as chairman of the board and CEO. The company also announced earnings of $3.46 per share for the fiscal year ended April 30, compared with $2.86 per share for fiscal 2013. Inside sales posted a 13 percent rise from the previous year, and total fuel gallons sold rose 8 percent. Casey's built 44 new stores, acquired 28 stores, and completed 20 replacements and 25 major remodels during the year. It plans to build or acquire 72 to 108 stores during the 2015 fiscal year and replace 25 existing locations, according to a release.
