Brand Driven Digital and Vernon Research marketing marketing firms of Coralville and Cedar Rapids, respectively, are gathering responses for a social media study targeted at the Midwest. The study, called Social Scene Midwest, is targeting 10 Midwestern states, including Iowa, to gain a better understanding of how both individuals and businesses in the region use social media. The goal, said Brand Driven Digital founder Nick Westergaard, is to provide data for the Midwest that currently doesn't exist.
