Strategic Staffing
Solutions (S3), a Detroit-based full-service information technology staffing
company, announced it has opened a West Des Moines office, its first Iowa
location.
The new office will service the ongoing growth of one of S3's major financial
services customers -- whose name the company did not release -- as well as
target staffing opportunities in the Midwest, the company said.
The new office at 5550 Wild Rose Lane will be part of S3's Midwest Market
Group, which also includes Chicago, Minneapolis and St. Louis.
Strategic Staffing Solutions is one of the largest woman-owned businesses in
Michigan, according to its website. The West Des Moines office will be the 24th
branch for the company, which employs more than 2,000 consultants. S3 specializes
in IT consulting, customized project solutions, vendor management programs and
executive search service.
"We are excited to open a new office in West Des Moines," said
Cynthia Pasky, the company's president and CEO, pictured upper right. "We
are pleased our (Iowa financial services) customer has a strong belief in S3's
ability to provide the staffing services it needs to grow." The office
will also provide an important base for growth of its services with current and
potential customers in the Midwest, she said.
