Plains Angels meeting to discuss exit strategies

Speakers from the BrownWinick law firm and LWBJ Capital Advisors will talk about exit alternatives at the May 23 Plains Angels meeting.
The session will focus on the economic impact of an exit on investors, as well as terms that can impact an investor's deal after a deal closes. The session will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the Greater Des Moines Partnership, 700 Locust St. Registration is $15, and can be done here.
Plains Angels is a program of the Greater Des Moines Partnership, launched by Mike Colwell, intended to be a resource for angel investors and potential angel investors.
