Windstream Corp.'s business and consumer broadband revenues now represent 71 percent of its revenues, the telecommunications company said Thursday in its first-quarter earnings release. Windstream reported consumer broadband service revenues of $117 million, a 5 percent year-over-year increase. Total revenues for the quarter were $1.5 billion, a decline of 2 percent from the year-ago quarter. Average monthly service revenue per business customer increased 6 percent from the same period a year ago. Windstream acquired Newton-based Iowa Telecommunications Services Inc. in June 2010.
