    The last 11 months of 2016 collectively posted lower vehicle registrations when compared with the same months of 2015, and the 12-month moving total has decreased 7,797 vehicles, 5.3 percent, to 138,539 units since January 2016, according to data compiled by the state Legislative Services Agency.
