How can I reserve the space?
Schedule a tour or book directly by filling out our inquiry booking form. Once the form is filled out, a member of the BPC events team will schedule a tour, confirm logistics, and answer any additional questions you may have.
Can I tour the space before booking?
Yes. Once you submit our booking inquiry form, a member of the BPC events team will follow up to schedule a tour and discuss logistics.
Is parking available for attendees?
Krause Gateway Center has nearby street parking and public transit access. Reserved spots available by request.
What is included in the rental fee?
Your rental includes access to the designated event space, furniture setup, access to AV support, and event coordination with our team. Additional services like catering and décor are priced separately.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Outside vendors (florists, musicians, etc.) are allowed. We ask that all vendors be approved in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Is alcohol permitted at events?
Yes, with proper licensing and insurance. All alcohol service must be coordinated through Allora or preferred vendors.
What vendors are allowed at the KGC?
Allora, the KGC in-house cafe, is the catering preference. Allora is a modern, Italian-inspired dining destination featuring farm-fresh ingredients and a seasonal, chef-driven menu that brings midwestern hospitality to life inside a one-of-a-kind space.
We allow additional vendors, such as live music, flowers, and decor. However, we kindly ask that you inform the events team prior to your event if you will be bringing outside vendors.
