The Iowa Association of Business and Industry has announced that Michele Farrell will be joining the organization as vice president of member and investor relations, effective April 23. Farrell served as the CEO and owner of Measured Intentions, a marketing communications firm that specialized in helping clients achieve measurable marketing and business development goals. She has also been an active participant in the ABI board of directors and was the program manager of Elevate Advanced Manufacturing, a statewide campaign to promote careers and educational pathways in advanced manufacturing. In her new role, she will focus on member, investor, and organizational development for ABI and the ABI Foundation.
