Dave Keith

Des Moines-based insurance holding company American Enterprise Group Inc. has hired Dave Keith as chief operations officer. Keith was most recently senior vice president of Clinical Reference Laboratory Inc., a Kansas-based company that provides testing services for clinical trials, corporate wellness programs, insurers and other clients. Prior to joining Clinical Reference Laboratory, Keith was founder and CEO of se2, a business process outsourcing company that administers life and annuity products for insurance carriers. “Dave brings with him to American Enterprise many years of operations experience including building a successful (third-party administrator) organization,” said Tom Swank, American Enterprise CEO. Keith succeeds Tim Hall, who was named executive vice president of product development in April 2015.
