Lead DSM has opened applications for the 2026 Community Connect program, a nine-week leadership development course beginning in January that focuses on self-discovery, mentorship and community engagement. The program pairs participants with experienced local mentors, encouraging them to align their personal purpose with community service.  Applications, participant recommendations and registrations for a virtual informational session on Oct. 21 are available at LeadDSM.org through Nov. 2. Lead DSM is also seeking community leaders to serve as program mentors.
