The program aims to expand value-added dairy production and increase the availability of locally made dairy products. Since its 2022 launch, 35 projects have received funding, leveraging more than $6.3 million in total investments. Eligible Iowa farmers and small processors with fewer than 50 employees can apply online by noon on April 17.
