ARAG named to top 100 call center list
ARAG, a global provider of legal solutions, whose North American operations are based in Des Moines, announced that it has been named in the top 20 of the small centers category of the Top 100 Call Center Contest by BenchmarkPortal.
This is the second straight year ARAG has made the list. BenchmarkPortal is a research and education organization for consumer contact best practices.
