BH Management is a division of BH companies, the Harry Bookey-led operation that has become a national leader in the acquisition and management of multifamily properties. EcoSystems designs and implements water conservation programs. In Grand Prairie, the water conservation effort included 936 bathroom retrofits that involved discarding old and inefficient toilets, showerheads and aerators. The project should provide an eight-month return on investment, a 36 million gallon reduction in water usage and an annual savings in the range of $365,000. BH Management and EcoSystems are spreading the program to 25 properties across the country.
