The Urbandale City Council approved a site plan to expand the building at 10827 Prairie Ave. at its meeting on Jan. 29.

The plan proposes to add 35,897 square feet to the building, bringing its total size to 77,962 square feet. Hank Specialties Inc. and Woodcraft Architecture Millwork are the tenants in the building.

Greg Judas of KC Holdings, owner of the building, said he will approach the tenants to see if the expansion is feasible.
