CFO Systems LLC, an Omaha-based executive outsourcing firm, announced that it has opened an Urbandale office that will serve the entire state. Lynn Michl, who has more than 25 years of senior financial, operations and interim leadership experience, primarily in Midwest-based companies, will lead the Iowa office operation. The new Iowa office is the latest success in a targeted expansion effort on the part of the company, which provides clients with interim and time-share chief financial officers and controllers. The company launched a national licensing program in August 2011 and has since opened offices in Texas, California and Nebraska, with plans to open three to five more within the next year, it said in a release.
