Dan Clute, pictured, will assume the responsibilities of regional business development executive at MidWestOne Bank, the organization announced. He has been serving the Des Moines market as market president since March 2021. In this expanded role, Clute will have more involvement with the business development efforts across the bank’s Iowa footprint. Devin Boyer will be the new market president for Des Moines. Boyer will lead the strategic execution of production and profitability goals for the market and oversee the activities of the commercial banking line of business and staff within the market. He will also help to manage new and existing commercial client relationships. Clute was a 2003 Business Record Forty Under 40 honoree and Boyer was a member of this year’s class of honorees.
