Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC in Ankeny plans to move down the block.

A new 12,000-square-foot office building will be under construction in the next few weeks.

It will sit on 1.7 acres at 2425 N. Ankeny Blvd. and will cost approximately $2.5 million.

Chad Ireland, real estate agent for the project, said the real estate company outgrew its previous location.
