167 wordsAll Latest News, Retail and BusinessCommonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest announced the formation of Confluence Technology Group, a new subsidiary dedicated to advancing low-voltage and technology solutions. Confluence Technology Group will focus on enhancing technology engineering and design, system integration services and global account support. A specialty contractor, Confluence delivers services across multiple construction markets, including commercial, mission-critical and institutional sectors. Its capabilities span voice/data systems, access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, wireless networks, intercom systems, fiber optics and outside plant installations. “The creation of Confluence Technology Group allows us to grow and innovate while retaining the culture and values that define us,” T Michael Price, president and CEO of Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest, said in a prepared statement. “We’re not starting from scratch; we’re building on decades of success.” Roger Hamilton, vice president of operations – Low Voltage for Commonwealth, will serve as president of Confluence Technology Group. Confluence Technology Group has locations across the Midwest and Southwest, including Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona and Utah.
