The credit union, in partnership with Caliber Company, broke ground at the site, 2780 Grand Prairie Parkway, on Jan. 15.
The two-story facility will include a restaurant, flex space and outdoor roof patio for fundraisers and community events. A building permit issued in December valued the construction of the building at $5.3 million.

The facility is Community Choice’s 12th branch and its second in Waukee.
