Council approves final subdivision for HP expansion
The Des Moines City Council approved the final subdivision plat for Airport Business Park Plat 3, which will allow developer Opus Development Corp. to move forward its proposed construction of a 300,000-square-foot expansion of Hewlett-Packard Co.’s 410,000-square-foot facility at 3600 Army Post Road. The expansion is expected to result in 150 new jobs.
