The city of Ankeny has released a 163-page master plan and design concepts manual for Crosswinds, a proposed 1,100-acre business park and residential area near the Southeast Corporate Woods Drive interchange on Interstate 35.

Ankeny’s Plan and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the project Jan. 8. The city has already contacted property owners about the project. The report was released on Dec. 27.
