Darcy Geerdes has been named president of Artisan Management Group, where she will lead enterprise operations, technology transformation and the group’s third-party management expansion. Artisan Management Group is Artisan Capital Group’s vertical property management firm and manages over 7,300 apartment units in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Geerdes has nearly 30 years of multifamily leadership experience across market-rate, affordable, student housing, single-family and mixed-use portfolios. She currently leads the firm’s largest enterprise transformation to date, including the implementation of a new property management system and integrated operating infrastructure designed to support scalability, institutional reporting and long-term growth.
