Deere informed employees today at plants in Davenport and Waterloo that it will lay off approximately 145 production workers.

Quad-City Times: Deere informed employees today at plants in Davenport and Waterloo that it will lay off approximately 145 production workers. The actions include Davenport Works and Waterloo Works. Deere informed employees that an indefinite layoff will affect approximately 30 employees in Davenport beginning Sept. 30, and 115 employees in Waterloo as of Sept. 23.
