The Des Moines Arts Festival has opened applications for its Community Outreach Program, offering Central Iowa nonprofits booths at the festival to share their mission and programming with attendees. Selected organizations will receive a booth, signage and a $250 stipend. Participants are asked to staff their booths and provide an interactive, arts-related activity for attendees. Applications are open now through May 10. The Des Moines Arts Festival runs June 26–28 at Western Gateway Park.
