Don Short, owner of the Des Moines-based West End Architectural Salvage and star of the HGTV/DIY Network cable show “West End Salvage,” has brought his eclectic mix of architectural salvage and custom repurposed furniture from a four-story warehouse store to a new sister store in downtown LeClaire.
