96 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentA fresh deal for the redevelopment of the Seventh Street and Grand Avenue parking ramp site in downtown Des Moines received preliminary approval Monday from the Des Moines City Council. Under the agreement, Principal Financial Group Inc. will build a ramp on the northwest corner of Seventh and Grand, and Nelson Construction & Development will build a luxury high-rise apartment building on the northeast corner.
