Des Moines City Hall ribbon-cutting at 2 p.m.
City leaders will unveil the updated Des Moines City Hall at 2 p.m. today at 400 Robert D. Ray Drive. The work included a new roof, extensive new utilities and minor work in the council chambers and clerk’s office. The original wall alignment was restored.
