Timothy Schutte, owner of Exit Realty Capital City, has a contract to purchase the 12-story Kirkwood building at 400 Walnut St. and wants to renovate the 54 apartments and sell them as condos as renters’ leases expire. The 85-year-old hotel was converted into apartments in 2005.
