Registration is now open for Iowa Women Lead Change’s annual Quad Cities Conference, which this year will combine with the Athena Awards dinner. Both events will be held March 29, 2018, at the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf. The Athena Awards dinner previously was hosted by the Quad Cities Women’s Connection before its acquisition by IWLC earlier this year. The Athena Awards are intended to elevate and honor women who are setting a gold standard in their business and community leadership, and who are helping to bring along the next generation of female leaders. Headlining this year’s Quad Cities Conference is Jeannette Walls, author of “The Glass Castle,” and Jeffery Tobias Halter, president of YWomen, a strategic consulting company focused on engaging men in women’s leadership issues. Early-bird registration is ongoing through Feb. 15. Cost to attend both events is $250 per person. Rates to attend each event are available. More information is available online.
