Des Moines-based Employment Cost Solutions LLC (ECS) announced that it recently sold its operations to Millennium Rehabilitation & Consulting Services Inc. and will continue to operate as a division known as E3 Work Therapy Services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition enables Millennium, a Des Moines-based therapy services company, to enter the workers’ compensation rehabilitation market and expand it through its existing network of clinics in Iowa, said Rob Hentzen, Millennium’s CEO.

ECS principals John Kruzich and Eric West said their goal in the partnership is to expand E3 into a leading workplace therapy and injury prevention company in the state. Millennium operates six clinics in Iowa, including a West Des Moines location, plus two offices in Des Moines.
