EveryStep, which employs over 300 workers in 35 counties, has also expanded its benefits, mental health resources and flexible work options in recent years to bolster employee well-being and organizational stability, the company said in a news release. “EveryStep’s team members show up 24/7 for patients, children, families and communities in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives,” EveryStep President and CEO Tray Wade said in the release. “Investing in our staff is not only the right thing to do, but it also strengthens our mission.”
