Exile will donate 100% of its proceeds from Rising Hope sales to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Now in its fourth year, the goal of the program is to have one brewery in each state produce the iconic Rising Hope IPA. This is Exile’s third year in the Rising Hope partnership, and last year the Des Moines brewing company raised $12,500 for the foundation, which was Exile’s largest donation to date, a spokeswoman said. A new recipe is developed each year by craft brewery industry partners using donated ingredients, packaging and even signature tap handles at the breweries. The signature IPA is being released through September and October. In the first two years of the release of Rising Hope, craft brewing partners across the country have raised more than $500,000 for pediatric cancer research. Organizations can join Brewing Funds the Cure by going to the NPCF’s Brewing Funds the Cure website.
