Facebook ups stock price for initial public offering
Facebook Inc. has set a new price for shares of its stock, which become available on Thursday in the company’s initial public offering.
According to a regulatory filing, Facebook raised the stock price range to $34 to $38, giving the company the ability to now raise up to $12.1 billion. Facebook had originally set the price at $28 to $35 per share.
