Field of candidates vying for Urbandale council narrowed
The field of candidates vying for three open seats on the Urbandale City Council was pared to six in Tuesday’s primary. Competing in the Nov. 5 election will be Matt Blake, John Bouslog, Bridget Carberry Montgomery, Rebecca Haroldson, Adam Obrecht and Pat Pithan. Lawrence McBurney was eliminated from the race. Urbandale was the only city to hold a primary election ahead of the November election.
