What are your goals in your role at your company?

In October, I started a new role leading the tax operations team at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. My focus over the next few years is to enhance the collaboration and teamwork across all four of our locations: Des Moines; San Antonio, Texas; Manila, Philippines; and Hyderabad, India, as well as with our originations teams and internal business partners. We will also look to continue to simplify our processes and introduce new technology solutions to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

I feel my ultimate goal and role for my life is to inspire all people to find their purpose, develop into the most authentic version of themselves and feel valued.
