What are your goals in your role at your company?

Aligning with Hy-Vee’s mission, continue to work to build a culture of inclusion. Position Hy-Vee to recruit, attract and retain talented employee owners that share a passion for taking care of customers and enhancing the Hy-Vee brand.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

Besides my daughters, I would say interacting with and meeting new people. I consider myself outgoing and like to surround myself with good people. It is enjoyable to learn about people’s backgrounds and get an understanding of who they are.
