What are your goals in your role at your company?

To contribute to BH’s success in whatever capacity I am able. From building new functions to developing strong teams in our compliance, legal, risk management, due diligence and investor relations areas, I work to ensure BH has strong resources to facilitate informed decision-making throughout its businesses.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

Passion is overrated! I seek to impact my community and profession because I want to honor my mentors and friends by paying forward their time spent developing me as a person and professional. Passion is for raising good kids and singing poorly in the car.
