Organizers for the Principal Charity Classic have announced that Angela Franklin, president of Des Moines University, will be the keynote speaker at the tournament’s annual Networking on the Green event, which invites young professionals to network with various high-profile business leaders in Des Moines.

Franklin will be joined by 30 other area executives for the networking event. The event will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on June 1 at the Glen Oaks Country Club clubhouse in West Des Moines.
