Kyle Gamble has been named president and chief operating officer of Hubbell Realty Co., one of Iowa’s oldest real estate, development, homebuilding and construction companies, the company announced.

In addition, Gamble will become Hubbell’s CEO in March 2026, succeeding Rick Tollakson, who has led the company for the past 40 years, the company announced.

“Kyle has been a critical decision maker and integral leader at Hubbell for over 30 years,” Tollakson said in a prepared statement. “While our styles may be different, our shared vision, backed by his expertise and deliberate approach, is exactly what we need to continue our growth and success, regardless of ever-changing market conditions.”

Gamble joined Hubbell Realty in 1994 as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. In recent years, Gamble has served as the company’s senior vice president and managing director and executive vice president and chief operating officer.

As president, Gamble will oversee the strategic management of Hubbell’s 18 corporate divisions in the areas of development, construction, management and homebuilding.
