Iowa State Patrol officers blocked off the entrance to MPC Enterprises — Midwest Precast Concrete — as relatives of workers waited outside and watched it unfold. The 32 men included 22 from Guatemala, seven from Mexico, two from El Salvador and one from Honduras, officials said.
