Iowa Legal Aid has appointed Ashley Johnson as its new chief financial officer, adding more than a decade of financial leadership experience to its executive team. Johnson, an Iowa native, previously served as director of accounting at Technical Safety Services Inc., where she managed acquisition integrations and oversaw full accounting operations. Her background also includes finance roles at Hy-Vee, Iowa Healthcare Collaborative, and BerganKDV, with expertise in audit management and enterprise system implementation. Johnson holds accounting degrees from Purdue University Global and Grand View University. As CFO, she will direct all financial operations for Iowa Legal Aid.
