The Iowa Nonprofit Alliance is partnering with Idea Bright, an Iowa nonprofit organization that will serve in an interim role to manage INA’s day-to-day operations and member services. This collaboration is designed to strengthen INA’s ability to deliver high-quality programs, amplify member voices, and advance a strong and connected nonprofit sector statewide.

INA’s goal is to: 

• Help members save money so more resources can advance and support their missions.
• Inspire leaders to strengthen the vitality and creativity of Iowa’s nonprofit community.
• Connect organizations so collaboration — not isolation — defines our sector.
• Educate members because knowledge and transparency drive public trust.
• Advocate for nonprofits to ensure Iowa’s policies and practices reflect the public good our members create every day.

In a press release, INA stated it is grateful to Alex Rice for her contributions as INA’s first executive director and wished her well in her future endeavors.
