Iowa Women’s Foundation awards $400,000 in grants at annual luncheon

According to a press release, grant-making is one of IWF’s five pillars of sustainable change, funding programs working to relieve evidence-based barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
The 2025 grant recipients are:
- Anchored Hope – Ames
- Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque – Dubuque
- Dress for Success Des Moines – Urbandale
- Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council – Dubuque
- Family Resources – Davenport
- House of Hope – Waterloo
- Johnson County Affordable Housing – Iowa City
- Lead(h)er – Davenport
- Moravia Community School District – Moravia
- Native American Child Care Center – Sioux City
- Sanborn Daycare Association – Sanborn
- Try Pie Bakery – Waterloo
- Vince Jetter Community Center – Clinton
To date, the Iowa Women’s Foundation has awarded $2.3 million to 249 organizations across the state serving Iowa’s women and girls.
