IPR sizes up the first legislative deadline for bills

Generally, bills need to clear a committee in either the Senate or the House of Representatives by the end of this week to stay alive in the session. There are exceptions for appropriations bills. By March 11, the bills will have to have cleared committees in both chambers to remain under consideration.
